Responsibilities

• Collaborate with development and QA teams to define and implement test strategies
• Design, develop, and execute automated tests using Selenium or Cypress
• Enhance automation frameworks for improved coverage and reliability
• Perform API testing and analyze test results to provide actionable insights
• Maintain testing governance frameworks and conduct regular audits to identify gaps and recommend improvements
• Support continuous improvement initiatives by integrating relevant industry tools and practices based on current trends

Requirements

• Strong understanding of software testing principles, methodologies, and governance
• Hands-on experience in test automation with Selenium or Cypress
• Proficiency in Python or JavaScript
• Experience with web technologies including HTML and CSS
• Familiarity with version control using Git and continuous integration tools like Jenkins
• Demonstrated ability to perform comprehensive API testing
• Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker
• Ability to develop and maintain practical testing artefacts and standards
