Solution Architect

About the Position

We are seeking a Senior Solution Architect to design, develop, and maintain the technical architectural diagrams and blueprints for all existing and future products and applications of B2Broker. You will collaborate with other IT professionals and business stakeholders, and will be supervised by the CEO.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain technical architectural diagrams, blueprints, and documentation for B2Broker’s products and applications.
• Review technical specifications and ensure they align with current and planned architecture.
• Participate in architectural committees, create meeting minutes, and identify potential risks.
• Ensure all new changes are reflected in the architectural diagrams.
• Evaluate and recommend new technologies and tools that align with technical architecture.
• Ensure technical solutions are aligned with enterprise and solution architecture.
• Participate in testing and troubleshooting efforts for technical solutions.
• Communicate the CEO’s decisions to the IT team when necessary.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in technical architecture, senior system analyst, or IT auditor roles, with a proven track record of designing and implementing successful technical solutions.
• Strong knowledge of software development methodologies, web application architecture, and database design.
• Experience with cloud computing, virtualization, and networking technologies.
• Experience with a wide range of technologies, including databases, orchestration environments, API Gateways, secrets storage, and CI/CD tools.
• Knowledge of industry standards, such as authentication, communication, and other protocols.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience with Amazon AWS, and Amazon Certification would be an advantage.
• Experience in Fintech would be an advantage.
• Relevant industry certifications (e.g. TOGAF) are a plus.
