Spare Parts Team Leader

Join Foxway's Operations team as a Spare Parts Team Leader based at our site in Buftea, Ilfov. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with experience coordinating people or operations who is ready to take the next step in their leadership career. You'll play an important role in supporting the team, helping create efficient ways of working, and contributing to the development of our operations.

You'll coordinate the team's daily activities, ensure spare parts are allocated accurately and on time, and work closely with colleagues across Operations to continuously improve processes and deliver an excellent customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the daily work and priorities of the Spare Parts team.
• Support the team in resolving operational challenges and removing obstacles.
• Ensure accurate and timely allocation and handling of spare parts.
• Help create and improve operational processes and ways of working.
• Collaborate closely with Logistics, Procurement, Quality Control, and other Team Leaders.
• Monitor operational performance and support the team in achieving service level targets.
• Handle administrative responsibilities such as work planning and timesheet management.
• Coach and support team members in their daily work through regular feedback and guidance.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and quality standards.

Requirements

• Experience coordinating people, daily operations, or workflows within logistics, warehouse, supply chain, spare parts, or a similar operational environment.
• Some experience supporting, coaching, or guiding colleagues, either as a Team Leader, Shift Leader, Coordinator, Senior Specialist, or in a similar role.
• A hands-on approach and willingness to work alongside your team when needed.
• The ability to stay organized and make sound decisions in a fast-paced and changing environment.
• A customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
• Analytical skills to monitor performance and identify opportunities for operational improvements.
• Experience working with ERP systems or order management platforms, as well as good MS Office skills, especially Excel.
• A university degree in Business, Operations, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• English language proficiency at intermediate level (B1/B2) or above.
• Ability to work on-site in Buftea.
