About the Position

IONOS is seeking a Specialist Employer Branding & HR-Projekte to join our Talent Team, focusing on strategic projects in employer branding and talent management. In this diverse role, you will support us during a maternity leave replacement, working on the strategic design and implementation of key projects in Employer Branding and Talent Management.

You will work closely with HR, Marketing, Internal Communication, IT, as well as external agencies and service providers. With your creative ideas, you will actively contribute to sustainably strengthening our employer brand and optimizing the Candidate and Employee Journey at all touchpoints.

Responsibilities

• Maintenance and development of global career websites in close collaboration with external agencies and internal departments.
• Editorial creation and target audience-appropriate preparation of multimedia content for internal and external channels (e.g., LinkedIn, Intranet, career websites).
• Management of external review platforms such as Kununu.
• Selection and coordination of external job boards and continuous success analysis of channels and posted job advertisements.
• Participation in the design and standardization of job descriptions and the supervision of interns.
• Research, conception, and implementation of target group-specific formats for young professionals (e.g., university partnerships, in-house events).
• Development and design of an independent Young-Talents section on the external career website in cooperation with the department.
• Participation in further HR marketing projects and ad-hoc tasks.
• Ensuring and optimizing the internal data structure (e.g., Google Drive) and the single source of truth for HR content.
• Ensuring compliance with data protection guidelines on the career website and in HR systems (Greenhouse).

Requirements

• Completed degree (e.g., with a focus on Human Resources, Marketing, Media/Communication Studies) or a comparable commercial education with initial professional experience in Employer Branding, Human Resources, or Project Management.
• Strong interest in digital solutions and the design of employer brands.
• Proficient use of content management systems (e.g., TYPO3) and ideally applicant tracking systems (e.g., Greenhouse).
• Structured, independent, and solution-oriented working style.
• Excellent team and communication skills.
• Very good German and good English skills in speech and writing.
