About the Position

For our client, an international company in the medical products industry, we are looking for a person for a newly created position:

Quality Assurance Specialist

Warszawa, mazowieckie

Employment Type:

Permanent contract

Responsibilities

Managing the risk management process in accordance with the annual plan for the manufacturing plant.
Coordinating corrective and preventive actions and deviations with suppliers.
Conducting supplier audits.
Responsibility for the process of accepting complaints and/or support and management of received notifications.
Ongoing review of applicable standards and regulations.
Quality support for changes introduced by suppliers.
Providing quality support to other departments of the manufacturing plant on quality-related issues.
Supporting commercial units (in the EMEA region) in the continuous improvement and development of the quality management system in accordance with global standards and local requirements.
Creating and implementing an annual QA plan for branches.
Managing the training system.
Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams on quality projects and initiatives.

Requirements

Higher education, specific field.
Very good knowledge of English, both spoken and written (used in contact with suppliers and foreign units).
2-3 years of professional experience in quality departments in a production environment in the medical, pharmaceutical, or food industry.
Knowledge of ISO standards.
Ability to work in interdisciplinary teams.
Ability to organize work independently.
