About the Position

We are seeking a Specialist for Service Settlements to join our team in Nowy Sącz, handling service claim settlements and ensuring accurate cost control.

Responsibilities

• Rozliczanie zgłoszeń gwarancyjnych i pogwarancyjnych w systemie CRM/ERP
• Weryfikacja dokumentacji serwisowej przyjęć i wydań pod kątem kompletności i poprawności
• Kontrola kosztów usług serwisowych, materiałów i części zamiennych
• Weryfikacja faktur od serwisantów, podwykonawców oraz dostawców usług
• Przygotowywanie dokumentów do wystawienia faktur sprzedażowych za usługi płatne
• Uzgadnianie rozbieżności w dokumentacji i kosztach realizowanych zleceń
• Ewidencjowanie dokumentów związanych z realizacją zgłoszeń serwisowych
• Monitorowanie terminowości rozliczeń
• Wsparcie w przygotowywaniu raportów i zestawień kosztowych
• Udział w doskonaleniu procesów rozliczeniowych

Requirements

• Wykształcenie minimum średnie (preferowane ekonomiczne, administracyjne lub techniczne)
• Dobra znajomość pakietu Microsoft Office, szczególnie Excel
• Umiejętność pracy z dużą ilością danych i dokumentów
• Dokładność, terminowość i dobra organizacja pracy
• Umiejętność analitycznego myślenia
• Rzetelność i odpowiedzialność
• Umiejętność pracy pod presją terminów
• Komunikatywność i umiejętność współpracy

Nice to Have

• Wykształcenie wyższe lub w trakcie studiów
• Doświadczenie w pracy administracyjnej, księgowej lub rozliczeniowej
• Znajomość systemów ERP (Oracle JDE) oraz CRM
• Doświadczenie w obsłudze reklamacji lub procesów serwisowych
