Location: Rzeszów, Poland

We are seeking a B2B Sales Specialist to join our team in Rzeszów, focusing on acquiring new business clients.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for acquiring new business clients.
• Sales of the MultiLife and MultiSport Program, one of the main services expected on the labor market.
• Daily tasks will primarily involve phone contacts with clients, understanding their needs, preparing and presenting offers, and arranging and conducting commercial meetings either in person or online.
• Implementing the MultiSport and MultiLife Program among new companies.
• Supported by a team of top professionals who will help you take your first steps in the new company.
• During the implementation program, you will be equipped with knowledge about our services and shown our sales strategy.
• You will receive necessary equipment such as a phone, laptop, a base of potential clients, a comfortable workstation, and much more 😊

Requirements

• Experience in active client acquisition.
• Cold calling as a step towards building relationships with potential clients.
• Enjoyment of client contact via phone, email, and in-person meetings.
• Ability to recognize client needs and sell on a WIN-WIN basis.
• Client contact increases your endorphin levels.
• Whether you are taking your first steps in sales or have years of experience but need new energy.

• Base salary of 6,800 PLN gross + bonuses and commissions dependent on results (average value included).
