The Sr Product Specialist (ISG) will play a pivotal role in enhancing our product offerings by leveraging their expertise in Emerson DeltaV and other DCS systems. With a focus on the manufacturing and supply chain domains, the candidate will work in a hybrid model ensuring seamless integration and optimization of systems to drive efficiency and innovation.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation and optimization of Emerson DeltaV and other DCS systems to enhance operational efficiency.
• Oversee the integration of control systems within manufacturing and supply chain processes to ensure seamless operations.
• Provide technical expertise and support to cross-functional teams to drive product innovation and improvement.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and address system requirements and challenges.
• Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations, processes, and procedures.
• Conduct regular system audits and assessments to ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.
• Analyze system performance data to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery and installation of system components.
• Train and mentor team members on system functionalities and best practices to enhance team capabilities.
• Ensure that all system modifications and upgrades are thoroughly tested and validated before implementation.
• Monitor and manage system performance to ensure optimal functionality and minimal downtime.
• Support the development of strategic plans for system enhancements and future technology adoption.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system reliability and performance.

Requirements

• Possess extensive experience with Emerson DeltaV and other DCS systems demonstrating a deep understanding of their functionalities.
• Have a strong background in the manufacturing and supply chain domains with a proven track record of successful system integrations.
• Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Demonstrate proficiency in developing and maintaining technical documentation.
• Show a commitment to continuous learning and staying updated with industry trends and technologies.
