Responsibilities

MS Dynamics Testing:

• Perform functional, regression, system, and integration testing of MS Dynamics 365 (CRM/ERP) applications.
• Test core modules like Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, and Finance.
• Validate entities, forms, views, dashboards, business rules, and workflows.
• Test plugins, customizations, and configurations in Dynamics CRM.
• Perform data validation and backend testing using SQL.
• Ensure end-to-end business process validation across integrated systems.

Selenium Automation Testing:

• Develop and maintain automation scripts using Selenium WebDriver.
• Create frameworks using Page Object Model (POM), Hybrid, or BDD (Cucumber) approach.
• Write test scripts using Java / Python / C#.
• Execute and maintain automated regression test suites.
• Handle dynamic elements, synchronization issues, alerts, and frames.

Playwright Automation Testing:

• Design and develop automation scripts using Playwright.
• Build automation frameworks using JavaScript / TypeScript (preferred) or Python/Java.
• Implement Page Object Model (POM) / modular frameworks / BDD (Cucumber/Playwright Test).
• Execute automated regression and smoke test suites.
• Handle dynamic UI elements, waits, frames, pop-ups, and API mocking using Playwright.
