Sr. Software Engineer, Backend

About the Position

We are seeking a Sr. Software Engineer, Backend to join our team at Renesas in Wroclaw, Poland. If you have 7+ years of .NET experience and a passion for building cloud-native applications and scalable infrastructure, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities

• Building new cloud-native applications and scalable infrastructure
• Utilizing AI and ML to power advanced search capabilities
• Large-scale data processing; data modelling; holistic, intent-based API design
• Stateful and stateless servers, relational databases, ORM frameworks

Requirements

• 7+ years of .NET experience
• Solid experience with microservices and cloud solutions
• Proven ability to take ownership and work with a high level of autonomy
• A strong team player able to collaborate effectively and contribute to a culture of partnership
• Strong ability to solve complex technical challenges and influence technical direction
• Experience defining and driving engineering standards, best practices, and technical governance
