About the Position
Sr. Product Configurator (ISG)
We are seeking a Sr. Product Configurator for our ISG team with 5 to 8 years of experience. The ideal candidate will have expertise in PCF Guidewire BillingCenter and Gosu along with a strong background in Property & Casualty Insurance. This hybrid role requires a proactive individual who can effectively contribute to our projects and help drive innovation in our insurance solutions.
Responsibilities
- Develop and configure Guidewire BillingCenter solutions to meet business requirements and enhance system functionality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Implement and customize PCF components to optimize user experience and streamline processes.
- Utilize Gosu programming language to develop and maintain system integrations and customizations.
- Conduct thorough testing and debugging to ensure system stability and performance.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for complex issues ensuring timely resolution.
- Document system configurations, processes, and procedures for future reference and knowledge sharing.
- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to enhance code quality and maintainability.
- Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in Guidewire technologies to drive continuous improvement.
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and deliver solutions that exceed expectations.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in all development activities.
- Contribute to the overall success of the team by sharing knowledge and mentoring junior team members.
- Support the company's mission by delivering innovative solutions that improve customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Requirements
- 5 - 8 years of experience in PCF Guidewire BillingCenter and Gosu.
- Solid understanding of Property & Casualty Insurance domain.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a hybrid work model.
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
- Proactive approach to learning and adapting to new technologies and methodologies.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
