As an Enterprise Product Manager, Payer, you'll play a crucial role in this transformation.

Responsibilities

• Product Development: Own the creation of enterprise-tier products in partnership with major payer accounts.
• Commercial Collaboration: Work closely with the Payer BD/Commercial team to translate commercial needs into product requirements.
• Framework Creation: Develop a repeatable framework for enterprise payer product work, ensuring scalability and reusability.
• Stakeholder Navigation: Navigate the complex enterprise buying process, ensuring efficient internal development without compromising pace.

Requirements

• Experience: Proven experience as a Staff-level Product Manager in an enterprise environment.
• Skills: Ability to balance enterprise rigor with startup urgency.
• Collaboration: Demonstrated ability to build trust and prioritize work across cross-functional teams (Engineering, Data, BD).
• Generalization: Skill in generalizing specific account requests into reusable solutions.

• Healthcare/Payer Experience: While not mandatory, experience in healthcare or payer environments is a plus.
