About the Position
Staff / Senior Software Engineer (all genders)
Location: Remote, Hybrid
Salary: €75,000 - €100,000 per year

Responsibilities
- Drive the strategic architectural transition of our core Search Engine from Elixir to Go.
- Design foundational infrastructure for high-throughput microservices.
- Own the technical backlog and success metrics.
- Resolve technical bottlenecks and guide teams to build solutions that maximize business value.
- Lead company-wide technology adoption and agile engineering processes.
- Elevate the team's technical capabilities by upskilling peers in Go best practices.
Requirements
- 7+ years of software engineering experience, including 3+ years in Golang.
- Knowledge of Ruby or Python.
- Deep architectural mastery of high-throughput distributed systems, microservices, Elasticsearch, Kubernetes, and GCP.
- Ability to translate complex technical decisions into business metrics.
- Cross-functional leadership skills.
- Agile mindset, test-driven development, and robust CI/CD pipelines.
- Fluent in English, both verbally and in writing.
