About the Position
Staff / Sr. Sales Account Manager - Automotive OEM
We are seeking a Staff / Sr. Sales Account Manager - Automotive OEM with 10+ years of experience in semiconductor sales to join our team in Shanghai, China.
Responsibilities
-
Key Account Management & Business Growth
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key automotive OEMs and Tier-1 customers (e.g., SAIC, HASCO, DF etc.)
- Own and drive revenue growth, with clear accountability for annual sales targets
- Identify new business opportunities and expand share within existing accounts

Design-in & Solution Promotion
- Promote and design-in semiconductor product portfolios
- Work closely with customers to understand system requirements
- Drive design-win pipeline and ensure project conversion to mass production

Strategy & Market Development
- Develop account strategies and execute sales plans to maximize revenue and profitability
- Monitor competitor landscape and define product positioning and roadmap alignment

Cross-functional Collaboration
- Collaborating with Product Marketing, FAE, and Distribution partners
- Lead joint customer visits and technical discussions
- Coordinate internally to resolve issues related to quality, delivery, pricing, and technical support

Forecast & Operation Management
- Drive demand forecasting, pipeline management, and order visibility
- Ensure alignment between customer demand and supply chain execution
- Track KPIs and take corrective actions to meet business targets
Requirements

Experience
- 10+ years of experience in semiconductor or electronics industry
- Strong background in automotive semiconductor sales
- Experience with China EAST key OEM customers

Technical Knowledge
- Solid understanding of semiconductor product lines
- Familiarity with automotive applications

- Strong account management and customer engagement capability
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strategic thinking with execution-driven mindset
- Ability to work cross-functionally in global teams

Education
- Bachelorâs degree or above in Electrical Engineering or related field

- Fluent in English and Mandarin (written and spoken)
