About the Role

As a Strategic Accounts & Projects Manager (Mensch) in Enterprise Sales, you will be responsible for managing complex deals from the initial hypothesis through to completion and beyond. You will understand customer needs and develop compelling solutions, providing the perfect opportunity to utilize your analytical skills. The ongoing development of the customer offers not only the chance to win the first deal but also to continue successful work.

Specifically, this means:

• Identifying and developing enterprise customers and building your own pipeline, network, and go-to-market initiatives
• Analyzing customer requirements and developing structured, compelling solutions that you can present to customers at various levels
• Creating strong presentations for various stakeholders up to the C-Level
• Managing complex decision-making processes and moderating different interests
• Being responsible for new customer acquisition, as well as cross- and upselling end-to-end – from quotation to completion, including negotiation
• Working closely with product, marketing, and customer success teams

• Analytical thinking, structuring complex topics clearly, and presenting convincingly
• Confident in interactions with various stakeholders
• Working independently, structured, and maintaining an overview even in complex processes
• Eagerness to take responsibility for deals and real business impact
• Familiarity with various sales conversations and building a network
• Fluent in German and English
