About the Role

We are looking for a Strategy Director - a person who will lead the agency's single strategic core, our "strategic brain," responsible for developing comprehensive strategies for our clients and ensuring that these strategies translate into business growth.

Responsibilities

Transformation of the direction, development, and implementation of a development plan in line with the company's strategic goals;
Building and maintaining a unified market research point in the agency in coordination with marketing;
Research and implementation of new methodologies and AI tools that enhance the quality of strategic decisions;
Developing comprehensive strategies for new and current clients from market research and positioning to the instrumental level (media + performance);
Cascading developed strategies and ensuring synchronization with Service Delivery;
Authoritative oversight of strategy implementation: monitoring results, responding promptly to deviations, updating recommendations to achieve client business goals;
Team management: workload distribution, development of the methodological base, hiring and development of strategists;
Representing Promodo's expertise at conferences and personal participation in key client presentations, tenders, and building trust in the agency's level of expertise.

Requirements

Experience in systematic product management from 2 years in the marketing field;
Experience in a managerial role in the Strategy direction from 3 years (Strategy Director, Head of Strategy, Brand Strategist);
Experience in building and optimizing processes in the Customer Success/Client Service area, process automation skills;
Successful experience in managing the Delivery team, project launch, and project management;
Knowledge and practical application of brand strategy building methodologies and digital marketing tools;
Proficiency in methodologies: JTBD, SWOT, 4P, Positioning Triangle, VBB, Sensidiam, Archetypes, etc.;
Excellent organizational abilities and team management skills;
Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills, client orientation, attention to detail;
English language proficiency at the B2+ level;
Experience in public speaking, active participation in conferences, training;
Higher education in marketing and/or PR, training at Projector, Baggage, KAMA - will be an advantage.
