About the Position

Your Gateway to the Real World of Audit and Advisory

Join RSM Cyprus' 5-week Summer Internship Program for hands-on experience in audit, advisory, and tax services. Gain practical insights and professional growth.

Responsibilities

In Audit, you will engage in all phases of simulation, from risk assessment to final reporting, collaborating with teams and mock clients to navigate complex financial judgments. Your role includes conducting fieldwork, testing, and financial analysis while applying knowledge from in-depth training.

In Tax, you will assist the department with navigating through tax due diligence projects, or any other similar projects involving the provision of tax opinions/tax advice, return preparation, supporting data gathering, and analysis of tax implications on business transactions.

In Advisory, you will participate in sessions with the department’s management to navigate through the different steps of the service.

Additionally, you’ll have the chance to shadow mentors in action and receive valuable feedback from experienced professionals, making this an excellent opportunity for professional growth.

Moreover, successful candidates who’ll be joining this year’s dynamic Summer Internship Program will also have the opportunity to participate in presentations and workshops related to other business disciplines, equipping them with additional skills, i.e. public speaking, client communication, management interaction, etc.

Requirements

• Studying Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field – with a strong interest in pursuing an ACCA or ACA qualification
• A keen interest in audit, advisory, or tax and an eagerness to learn and develop your professional skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively in client simulations.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail and the ability to approach problems with creativity.
• Ability to work collaboratively in teams and adapt to dynamic work environments.
• A proactive attitude and a willingness to take on challenges
• Good knowledge of the Greek and English languages (written and spoken).
