Responsibilities

As System Software Engineering Manager, you will:

• Support engineers in Graphcore’s Gdańsk office.
• Manage career development, coach individuals, and help the team work with clarity.
• Act as Scrum Master for the Drivers and Utilities team.
• Facilitate planning, remove blockers, and help engineers turn priorities into achievable delivery plans.

Requirements

• Experience managing and developing software engineers through coaching, feedback, and career conversations.
• Practical experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar team facilitation role.
• Ability to help teams plan realistically, remove obstacles, and improve without adding unnecessary process.
• Experience working alongside Product Owners and technical leads, with clear role boundaries.
• Strong communication and facilitation skills in English and Polish.
• Background in Linux kernel, device drivers, or low-level C and C++ software.
