About the Position

We are seeking a Senior PMO Specialist with German proficiency to support our PMO function across strategic programs and projects.

Responsibilities

• Support the setup and day-to-day operations of the PMO function across strategic programmes and projects
• Coordinate project activities and ensure smooth collaboration between stakeholders
• Prepare and maintain project status reports, KPI dashboards, and management reports
• Consolidate and track project information, including milestones, deliverables, risks, and dependencies
• Organize project meetings, steering committees, workshops, and governance sessions
• Support project managers and programme leads in administrative and coordination activities
• Maintain project documentation and ensure information is up to date in tools such as Confluence and SharePoint
• Contribute to improving PMO processes, reporting standards, and project governance practices

Requirements

• Experience in PMO, project coordination, project support, or a similar role
• Basic understanding of project and programme management methodologies
• Hands-on experience with project reporting and KPI tracking
• Ability to consolidate and analyze project data from multiple sources
• Experience supporting project governance and stakeholder communication
• Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, SharePoint, and Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Structured, reliable, and organized way of working
• Excellent coordination and communication skills
• Proactive, solution-oriented mindset
• Very good command of German and English (B2+)

Our screening meeting will last about 20-30 minutes. We will ask you about our areas of interest and will be happy to field any questions you may have.

There’s nothing for you to do at this stage - we’ll take care of everything. During this time we process all the information we've gathered during the screening process and dig deeper into your CV.

Technical meetings with the Hiring Manager and/or team members.

We will invite you to one or two project meetings to confirm that we have a ‘perfect match'. The meetings may last between 30 minutes and 90 minutes, during which time we will talk to you about mutual expectations and the vision for our collaboration. You will also most likely meet your future supervisor and your teammate during this time.
