About the Position
We are looking for a Junior Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our team, focusing on recruitment processes and candidate support.
Responsibilities
- Posting jobs on external and internal job boards
- Scheduling meetings with candidates
- Reviewing CVs
- Supporting in the preparation of dashboards
- Supporting in internal projects (EB, candidate experience)
- Conducting phone screenings
- Supporting ongoing recruitment processes
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- Experience in IT recruitment
- Proficiency in English and Polish
- Skills in Excel
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with ATS
- Knowledge of AI adoption
