About the Role and Mission

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist I - Executive Search to strategically attract and select executives for critical positions within the organization, such as Superintendents, Directors, and executive leaders. More than just conducting selection processes, we expect someone with strong consultative skills, market insight, and the ability to influence strategic hiring decisions.

You will be responsible for connecting high-impact leaders with Inter's growth challenges, ensuring a differentiated executive experience and supporting the business in building increasingly strong, diverse, and prepared teams to scale results.

Daily Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Executive Search processes, from strategic briefing with stakeholders to negotiation and closing of executive offers.
• Act as a consultative partner to leadership, supporting decisions related to organizational structure, market mapping, and talent attraction strategy.
• Conduct executive mappings and market research, identifying strategic talents and building pipelines for critical positions.
• Develop highly targeted hunting strategies for attracting executives from the financial, technology, and business markets.
• Conduct competency-based executive interviews and assess cultural fit, leadership ability, and potential business impact.
• Manage senior stakeholders autonomously, ensuring alignment, agility, and excellence in the hiring experience.
• Monitor executive recruitment indicators and metrics, transforming data into insights for decision-making.
• Participate in strategic Talent Acquisition projects and initiatives aimed at strengthening the executive employer brand.

Requirements

Required:

• Completed higher education degree.
• Solid experience with Executive Search and recruitment of high-level leadership.
• Experience in the financial market, technology, or high-complexity and fast-growing companies.
• Experience in conducting processes for executive and strategic positions.
• Advanced or fluent English.
• Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter and hunting tools.
• Highly consultative profile, with strong influence and executive communication skills.

Desirable:

• Experience in technology companies, fintechs, or Executive Search consultancies.
• Experience with market mapping and talent intelligence.
• Knowledge of recruitment indicators and data-driven management.
• Experience with ATS Greenhouse.
• Ability to navigate dynamic environments with multiple stakeholders and high strategic demands.
