As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will manage recruitment processes end to end, mostly in IT. You will follow each process from the moment a hiring need is identified until the hire is made, ensuring we bring in the right profiles, strengthening our value proposition and contributing to Xpand IT’s sustainable growth.

You will work side by side with Hiring Managers and be candidates’ first point of contact with our employer brand, playing a central role in the candidate experience throughout the entire process.

You will have the opportunity to apply recruitment best practices, promoting continuous improvement and alignment with real hiring needs.

This role is based in our Lisbon office, in a hybrid model with 2 days per week in the office.

Responsibilities

• Align each new hiring need with Hiring Managers and understand the full context: job description, project, technologies, budget and target profile;
• Open the position and manage the recruitment process from start to finish;
• Screen applications and actively source talent, with a main focus on tech profiles;
• Conduct the first HR interview and follow the technical interview;
• Present and negotiate offers, ensuring each process is successfully closed;
• Ensure a positive candidate experience aligned with the company’s values;
• Manage the recruitment pipeline and keep Hiring Managers informed on the status of each process;
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of recruitment processes and tools.

Requirements

Professional experience

• More than 1 year of experience in IT recruitment, ideally managing end-to-end processes.

Teamwork

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines, both autonomously and as part of a team.

Sense of responsibility

• Ease in building empathy and trust with both candidates and Xpand IT colleagues.

Negotiation skills

• Comfortable managing expectations and presenting and negotiating offers.

Intellectual curiosity

• Interest in better understanding the positions we recruit for, their responsibilities, and what it takes to attract and hire the best people for each role.

Recruitment tools

• Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and recruitment ATS platforms.
