About the Role and Mission

You will be part of the People & Culture team and will be responsible for leading the areas of Training & Development, Organizational Culture, Mentorship, Leadership Programs, Certifications, Performance, Internal Communication, and Employer Branding. Your mission is to build and evolve a human development journey that connects people to the business strategy, strengthening the culture and positioning Inter as a benchmark in talent management.

Responsibilities

• Lead the strategy and execution of Training & Development, ensuring learning paths aligned with business needs.
• Develop and manage Leadership and Mentorship programs, accelerating the growth and succession of our talents.
• Coordinate the Certifications area, structuring programs that recognize and encourage technical and behavioral development.
• Be the guardian of Organizational Culture, creating initiatives that strengthen the sense of belonging and company values.
• Manage the Performance cycle, ensuring efficient, transparent, and continuous development-oriented processes.
• Lead Internal Communication, ensuring strategic messages reach all employees clearly, engagingly, and on time.
• Drive the Employer Branding agenda, positioning Inter as an excellent place to work and attracting the best talents in the market.
• Act as a strategic partner to senior leadership, influencing people decisions based on data and market trends.
• Manage and develop a multidisciplinary team of experts in People & Culture.

Requirements

Required:

• Solid experience in Talent Management, T&D, Organizational Culture, and/or Internal Communication.
• Previous experience in leadership positions in medium to large companies.
• Ability to build and execute people strategies with a business vision.
• Experience with Performance Management and Leadership Programs.
• Ability to communicate clearly and influence stakeholders at all levels.

Desirable:

• Experience with Employer Branding and employer brand positioning.
• Experience in technology companies, fintechs, or high-growth environments.
• Intermediate or advanced English.
• Knowledge of learning methodologies (70-20-10, Learning Experience Design, etc.).
