Talent Management Specialist

About the Position

We are seeking a Talent Management Specialist to join our Corporate Talent Team in Italy, focusing on global talent management processes. The ideal candidate will report to the Senior Manager, Talent Management and will be part of the Corporate Talent Team based in Italy.

Responsibilities

• Partner with global stakeholders across People & Transformation and the business to co-design, develop, and execute key processes and programs driving engagement and performance of company talent.
• Provide operational and consultative support to P&T people partners and business leaders on talent management initiatives including onboarding and offboarding.
• Co-design and execute strategic talent management initiatives, programs, and processes to improve talent outcomes.
• Improve talent processes through feedback & data analysis and digital automation.

Requirements

• Previous experience in Talent Management processes.
• Fluent in English.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors Talent Management modules.
• Strategic thinking and consulting practices.
