About the Role and Mission

You will be part of our Wealth Management team, responsible for advising a portfolio of high-net-worth clients (ticket starting at R$ 500k). Your mission will be to offer personalized financial consulting, develop investment strategies tailored to the investor's profile, and contribute to the sustainable growth of the assets under management.

Daily Responsibilities

• Manage and develop a consultative relationship with a wealth client portfolio
• Provide personalized investment advice through digital channels
• Execute active commercial routines for resource acquisition and new business
• Analyze the macroeconomic scenario and translate trends into investment recommendations
• Keep CRM updated and monitor commercial performance indicators
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and institutional policies
• Develop and execute strategies for expanding the wealth client base

Requirements

Required:

• Completed degree
• CEA Certification (ANBIMA Investment Specialist)
• Experience with high-net-worth clients with a ticket starting at R$ 500k
• Proficiency in the Office Suite
• Solid knowledge of the financial market and investment products
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Analytical capacity and strategic vision
• Focus on results and meeting goals

Desirable:

• CFP Certification (Certified Financial Planner)
• Experience in investment brokerages
• Knowledge of the Salesforce platform
• Experience with investment portfolio management
• Second degree or postgraduate studies in related areas
