About the Position

Tax Analyst

We are seeking a Tax Analyst to prepare accurate tax returns, develop tax-saving strategies, and ensure timely payments in Hyderabad, India.

Responsibilities

• Working on Corporate Income Tax matters with third-party tax consultants, including filing of tax returns and finalization of Audits, Accounts, Documentation, and MIS Reporting for US and international geographies.
• Supervising all US and International tax compliance and submissions covering Corporate Tax, and withholding taxes.
• Coordinating with internal teams to gather information related to the quarterly and annual tax provisions.
• Supporting Internal and External audits.
• Performing research activities on tax issues and having informed discussions with tax consultants to advise internal teams.
• Updating asset depreciation schedules for clients on a monthly to quarterly basis.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA or equivalent preferred).
• Proven experience in tax accounting, compliance, and tax return preparation for US Companies.
• Knowledge of tax laws and regulations at federal, state, and local levels.
• Proficiency in tax software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
