Team Lead & Technical Account Manager

About the Position

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Team Lead & Technical Account Manager to lead the Technical Account Management team in driving successful integrations of Practice Management and Imaging Systems with 3Shape solutions.

Responsibilities

As a Team Leader:

• Own all people management: 1:1s, performance reviews, development plans, and wellbeing
• Define team composition and planning; assign roles based on evolving business needs
• Develop TAMs through expanded responsibilities and career path evolution
• Ensure team alignment and performance towards goals set by functional manager.
• Drive strategic alignment between the team and the Portfolio & Product Strategy organization, ensuring TAM activities support product adoption, portfolio priorities, customer success objectives, and long-term business goals.

As a Technical Account Manager:

• Lead and manage partner integrations with 3Shape Unite
• Act as the technical liaison between partners and internal teams throughout integration and launch
• Provide hands-on support during implementation, including API-related guidance and troubleshooting
• Collaborate with Portfolio & Product Strategy and Product Creation to align on product requirements and technical capabilities
• Develop integration documentation and contribute to technical enablement materials
• Facilitate internal knowledge sharing and best practices related to partner integrations
• Support ongoing product enhancements and feedback loops with external stakeholders
• Represent 3Shape in meetings, demos, and technical presentations to partners

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a Technical Account Manager, Customer Support Consultant, Customer Success Manager, or similar role.
• Previous experience in leadership will be a strong advantage.
• Experience working with APIs, including practical knowledge of tools such as Postman, API testing, RESTful services, authentication methods, and troubleshooting API integrations would be an advantage.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with a data-driven approach.
• Strong presentation and communication skills, able to explain technical topics to diverse audiences
• Solid understanding of networking and Windows operating systems
• Ability to troubleshoot technical issues independently and collaboratively
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent interpersonal skills with strong customer service orientation
• Experience with 3Shape Unite or other 3Shape products is an advantage.
• Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, and agile development processes is an advantage.
• Understanding product management principles is an advantage.
• Project management experience is an advantage.
• Technical writing and bug reporting experience
• Proficient in English, both written and verbal
• Willingness to travel several days per year (when possible)
