About the Position

We're seeking a Team Lead GO with 5+ years of software development experience to lead engineering teams and drive technical delivery.

Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and grow an engineering team.
Own team delivery, planning, and execution.
Drive technical decisions and ensure high engineering standards.
Collaborate with Product, QA, Architects, and other engineering teams.
Ensure hiring, onboarding, performance management, and career development.
Foster a culture of ownership, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Balance business priorities with technical quality and long-term sustainability.
Identify and mitigate delivery and technical risks.

1+ year of experience leading engineering teams, with 5+ years of software development experience.
Strong hands-on experience with Go and modern backend development.
Experience leading cross-functional engineering teams and driving technical delivery.
Proven experience mentoring engineers, conducting 1:1s, providing feedback, and supporting career growth.
Experience hiring engineers and participating in technical interviews.
Ability to make technical decisions, resolve conflicts, and align engineering with business goals.
Experience building scalable microservices and distributed systems.
Hands-on experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB or similar).
Experience working with message brokers such as Kafka, NATS, RabbitMQ, or similar.
Good understanding of cloud-native technologies (Docker, Kubernetes, AWS) and CI/CD.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
