Team Lead Marketing

About the Position

We are seeking a Team Lead Marketing to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in leading our marketing team, developing innovative strategies, and managing client projects effectively.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Client Marketing team, ensuring high-quality project delivery.
• Plan team capacity, allocate resources, and manage project workload.
• Review and approve marketing, brand, and social media strategies before client delivery.
• Manage client communication, facilitate strategic workshops, and present marketing solutions.
• Develop marketing, brand, and social media strategies for clients.
• Collaborate with the Sales team to prepare commercial proposals and service offerings.
• Estimate project scope, calculate project costs, profitability, and resource requirements.
• Monitor project performance, timelines, client satisfaction, and delivery quality.
• Coordinate internal teams and external contractors throughout project execution.
• Improve team processes, methodologies, and service quality.
• Contribute to the development of new marketing services and agency offerings.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in marketing, including at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Proven experience developing marketing, brand, and social media strategies.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing multiple client projects simultaneously.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, branding, social media, content marketing, and analytics.
• Experience managing client relationships, facilitating workshops, and presenting strategic recommendations.
• Experience preparing commercial proposals and project estimates.
• Ability to calculate project costs, profitability, and resource allocation.
• Upper-Intermediate English or higher.

• Agency experience.
• Experience working with international brands.
• Experience in iGaming, FinTech, or IT.
• Experience managing P&L or business unit performance.
• Experience using AI tools in marketing and strategy development.
