About the Position
We are seeking a Team Lead / Senior Machine Learning Engineer with 4+ years of experience to join our team in Kyiv, Ukraine.
Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of machine learning engineers
- Develop and deploy machine learning models to production
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement machine learning solutions
Requirements
- Bachelor's (or above) Degree in Computer Science or related field
- 4+ years professional experience in Machine Learning
- Industry experience in development and deployment of Machine Learning-based models to production
- Proficiency in Python
- Proficiency with AWS tools including SageMaker, Athena, S3, and Lambda
- Experience with Bayesian networks
- Solid Computer Science skills in object-oriented design, data structures, algorithm design, problem solving, and complexity analysis
- Knowledge of professional software engineering practices & best practices for the full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, and source control management
- Comfortable challenging assumptions and thinking of creative ways to tackle problems
- High-level English - a must
Nice to Have
- Proficiency with Deep Learning algorithms and packages
- Proficiency with Java, SQL, and Spark
- Experience in communicating with users, other technical teams, and management to collect requirements, describe software product features, and technical designs
