Responsibilities

• You lead and coordinate the manufacturing team in the cleanroom at the Westhausen location
• You plan personnel deployment, prioritize tasks, and closely coordinate capacities with project managers
• The organization and execution of equipment commissioning in the cleanroom and for mechanical engineers are part of your area of responsibility
• You keep an eye on project and timelines, recognize deviations early, and escalate to project management if necessary
• You develop your own concept for order, structure, and efficient processes in the cleanroom and control the machine positions
• Additionally, you actively drive the introduction and further development of a shop floor system
• You check deliveries for completeness and document the results in quality protocols
• As a technical interface, you coordinate clarifications between production, project management, quality assurance, and external partners

Requirements

• You have a completed technical education, e.g., in electrical engineering, automation engineering, mechatronics, industrial electronics, or a comparable field
• Ideally, you have further education as a technician or master and have already gained practical experience in commissioning or manufacturing technical systems
• Solid knowledge in electrical engineering, control engineering, diagnostic tools, software parameterization, and technical documentation are your strengths
• Experience in special machine construction, automation technology, testing technology, or cleanroom manufacturing is advantageous
• Occasional assignments in Germany and abroad are possible for you; however, your focus is on the Westhausen location
• You communicate confidently in German and English
