Job Description

• You professionally and disciplinarily lead your team and continuously develop your employees through regular feedback, coaching, and individual support
• You manage and plan the daily operational business and support your team with complex issues and in day-to-day business. This includes checking submitted customer documents for completeness and plausibility, as well as detecting and preventing potential fraud cases
• You keep an eye on the key figures and goals of your team and ensure that our internal quality standards and agreed service levels for our bank and sales partners are met
• You analyze key figures, derive optimization potentials, and continuously develop our processes together with the relevant departments
• You work closely with the management, product management, and other team leaders to further optimize and automate our credit review processes
• You are responsible for the recruitment, onboarding, and further development of new employees as well as our apprentices and interns

Requirements

• Successfully completed commercial training, ideally in the banking, financial, or insurance sector, e.g., as a Bankkaufmann (m/w/d), Kaufmann für Versicherungen und Finanzanlagen (m/w/d), or a comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience in the financial or credit sector and a good understanding of consumer credit processing and review
• Initial professional and disciplinary leadership experience and enjoyment of promoting and developing employees
• Strong process understanding and enjoyment of continuously analyzing and optimizing processes
• Confident handling of key figures, reports, and Excel, as well as an analytical and structured approach
• Strong communication skills, assertiveness, and a respectful leadership style
• High degree of initiative, sense of responsibility, and a hands-on mentality
