Responsibilities

• Team Leadership with Responsibility: You will take care of the professional and disciplinary management of your own team in customer service regarding car rentals.
• Operational Management: You will be responsible for the daily business during our consultation hours and coordinate the communication with our international car rental partners.
• Team Development: You will promote the professional and personal development of your team and actively contribute to the common success.
• Exciting Customers: You will support customers with complex issues regarding their car rental and, together with your team, ensure excellent customer experiences before, during, and after the rental as well as in the case of complaints and damage.
• Cross-Team Collaboration: You will work closely and across locations (Augsburg, Munich, and Nuremberg) with team leaders and management on car rental topics and actively contribute to the further development of our processes and services.

Requirements

• Education & Leadership Experience: You have a completed commercial education or a comparable degree and initial experience in leading a multi-person team. Experience in customer service, service centers, or the tourism/car rental industry is advantageous.
• Drive and Communication: You convince with a sovereign demeanor, pronounced communication skills, and the ability to motivate and successfully lead employees.
• Unconditional Customer Orientation: You enjoy contact with customers, think service-oriented, and find pragmatic and customer-friendly solutions even for demanding requests. In addition, you have good knowledge of relevant travel destinations and understand the needs of our car rental customers.
• Organizational Talent & Solution Orientation: You work structured, keep an overview even in challenging situations, and implement topics independently and purposefully.
• Digital Fit & Tools: High internet affinity, secure handling of MS Office, curiosity for AI-based tools, and interest in digital trends as well as advanced knowledge in tourism software programs (e.g., Toma and Iris+).
• Language Skills: Fluent German and good English skills in speech and writing.
