Tech Lead / Senior Mobile Developer

About the Position

We are looking for a Tech Lead / Senior Mobile Developer with 5+ years of experience in mobile app development to lead a team in a major telecom project in Poland.

Responsibilities

• Technical leadership of a team composed of 3 Frontend and 3 Backend Developers (React Native + Node.js).
• Translating business requirements into technical tasks.
• Assessing the impact of technological changes on sprints (e.g., Expo upgrade).
• Assisting with estimations, planning, and scope division.
• Conducting code reviews and mentoring less experienced developers.
• Supporting technological decision-making.
• Performing project-related development work.
• Analyzing and fixing reported bugs.
• Creating/updating documentation.
• Other tasks within the consultant's scope of competence.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a mobile app developer.
• Very good knowledge of React Native and/or Node.js.
• Experience in leading projects or teams.
• Experience with Expo, CI/CD, TypeScript.
• Experience working in Scrum/Agile teams.
• Ability to plan technical work and estimate their complexity and risk.
• Experience in conducting code reviews and maintaining code quality.
• Ability to translate business requirements into specific developer tasks.
• Ability to support the team in solving problems.
• Experience in conducting migrations, updating frameworks, etc.
