About the Position
We are looking for a Tech Lead / Senior Mobile Developer with over 5 years of experience to join our team in Warsaw, Poland. Remote and hybrid options available.
Responsibilities
- Technical leadership of a team composed of 3 Frontend and 3 Backend Developers (React Native + Node.js).
- Translating business requirements into technical tasks.
- Assessing the impact of technological changes on sprints (e.g., Expo upgrade).
- Assisting with estimations, planning, and scope division.
- Conducting code reviews and mentoring less experienced developers.
- Supporting technological decision-making.
- Performing project development tasks.
- Analyzing and fixing reported bugs.
- Creating/updating documentation.
- Other tasks within the consultant's scope of competence.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a mobile application developer.
- Very good knowledge of React Native and/or Node.js.
- Experience in leading projects or teams.
- Experience with Expo, CI/CD, TypeScript.
- Experience working in Scrum/Agile teams.
- Ability to plan technical work and estimate their complexity and risk.
- Experience in conducting code reviews and maintaining code quality.
- Ability to translate business requirements into specific developer tasks.
- Ability to support the team in solving problems.
- Experience in performing migrations, framework updates, etc.
