About the Position
The company is expanding beyond banking and financial services and is looking for a Tech Lead/Architect PHP (Symfony) to join a new team. They value initiative, responsibility, and a spirit of adventure. The ideal candidate has strong expertise and a desire to learn and develop.
Responsibilities
- Building and maintaining the product's architecture
- Development team management
- Close interaction with CEO, PO, BA to achieve product goals
- Estimation of new projects and tasks, their implementation
- Establishing processes and selection of development tools
- Design and development of CI/CD processes
- Facilitation of technical solutions in the team
- Training and mentoring of developers
- Promoting the development of cross-functionality in teams
- Work with technical debt - identification, planning
- Conducting technical interviews for candidates for the technical team
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a technical leader or architect
- 5+ years of experience with PHP, Symfony
- Knowledge and experience with REST APIs
- Experience designing and developing highly scalable and extensible applications
- Understanding of SOLID principles, design patterns, and the ability to apply them
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes
- Experience with microservice architecture. Understanding the pros and cons.
- Deep understanding of design patterns and development best practices
- Understanding of SDLC process, good communication skills
- Experience with AWS
- Experience with architecture documentation (HLD, C4, UML, Sequence Diagram, etc)
- Knowledge of basic tools for collecting system metrics, monitoring, and logging
- Strong knowledge of ElasticSearch
