About the Role and Mission

You will be part of the Global Automation & AI team, working on the development and implementation of automation and artificial intelligence solutions for the international division of Inter. Your mission will be to transform manual processes into scalable solutions, generating efficiency and productivity gains for the business.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities for automation and AI application.
• Develop and implement solutions using automation and artificial intelligence tools.
• Build integrations between systems and APIs.
• Map and optimize operational processes.
• Monitor indicators and measure the results of initiatives.
• Support business areas in the adoption of new technologies.
• Document and evolve the implemented solutions.

Requirements

Required:

• Experience with process automation, analytics, or artificial intelligence.
• Knowledge in Python and SQL.
• Experience with APIs and integrations.
• Knowledge in generative AI tools.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor's degree in related fields.
• Advanced English proficiency.

Desirable:

• Experience with AI agent development.
• Knowledge in automation and workflow tools.
• Experience with Power BI or data visualization tools.
• Knowledge in prompt engineering and corporate use of LLMs.
• Experience in continuous improvement and process optimization projects.
• Knowledge in cloud computing and AI services.
• Certifications related to AI, data, or automation.
