About the Role and Mission

You will be part of the Technology Superintendency responsible for digital products in Investments, Insurance, Food, Digital Assets, Fraud & Risk, and platform components of Inter’s super app. You will work directly with the Superintendent in managing the main strategic projects and products in the area, creating standards, rituals, reports, and best practices that bring visibility, predictability, and speed to a portfolio with many parallel projects, always using AI as an ally.

Daily Responsibilities:

• Closely monitor the most critical strategic projects: status, deadlines, risks, dependencies, and decisions.
• Create and implement standards, templates, and best practices for rituals and reports for the entire portfolio.
• Consolidate weekly reports by area and critical project for leadership.
• Organize and conduct follow-up rituals, such as kick-offs, checkpoints, and committees.
• Resolve dependencies between teams and escalate risks in time.
• Support technical and product leaders in adopting the standards in their daily work.
• Use AI and automation to gain efficiency in information collection and report generation.

What We Are Looking For

Required:

• Experience in project management, programs, or PMO in technology companies, managing multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
• Experience creating or implementing management standards: rituals, templates, status reports, risk management, and decisions.
• Executive communication and synthesis skills, in writing and presentations.
• Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and tools like Jira.
• Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills.
• Frequent use of generative AI tools at work.
• Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields.

Desirable:

• Experience in large technology companies.
• Intermediate English proficiency.
• Certifications such as PMP/CAPM, Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe.
• Experience with dashboards and BI tools.
• Experience creating automations or AI agents for project management.
• Experience with international projects.
