About the Role:

BOLD is seeking a Technical Lead Specialist who will be responsible for handling technical operations for high-volume eCommerce sites in Microsoft Technologies. Applicants must be mature, diligent, responsible, and technically outstanding.

Responsibilities

• Work with automated tools for email marketing (e.g., Iterable, HubSpot, Blueshift, Amazon Pinpoint, etc.) and other MarTech Tools (GA/GTM, Mixpanel, Segment, etc.)
• Resolve technical queries
• Ability to write basic SQL queries for day-to-day operational support

Requirements

• Good knowledge of JQuery, JavaScript, HTML (coding email templates is an advantage)
• Good knowledge of SQL
• Strong knowledge of HTML and CSS, with the ability to understand and query the DOM
• Familiarity with Consent Management platforms is a plus
• Ability to understand and define data layer requirements
• Understanding of email development and related infrastructure
• Experience with both client-side and server-side Google Tag Manager (GTM) implementations
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
• Familiarity with n-tier environment, API, cloud, and web application
• Good communication skills
• Understand website analytics – Google Analytics 4, GTM (Google Tag Manager) with Server-to-Server, Google Search Console, and other such Marketing tools.
• SEO/SEM and understanding of CMS is an added advantage.
• Ability to resolve technical queries raised by users and product managers
• Ability to understand technical solutions and implement within a given framework
• Takes responsibility from workstation to production
