Since 2016, we have been developing digital solutions in Augsburg to help our customers quickly find the right rental car - and to be digitally supported at every booking phase. As a Technical Product Manager (m/w/d), you will shape the further development of our car rental comparison with modern AI tools and data-driven decisions. You will automate processes, implement technical partner integrations, and develop dashboards that provide transparency and continuously improve our product and partner performance.

Responsibilities

• Own AI features from idea to go-live: You identify where AI has the greatest impact along the customer journey, design the solution, and manage the implementation with the IT teams – from prototype to testing to launch.
• Identify and automate processes: You continuously analyze internal and partner processes for optimization potential and drive their automation independently. With AI tools like Claude Code or Cursor, you implement automations yourself, aiming to increase efficiency, quality, and scalability.
• Implement technical partner integrations: You coordinate the connection of international car rental partners and ensure a stable and high-performance integration through data analysis (Python, Tableau, Excel), monitoring, and alerting.
• Analyze and visualize data: You develop dashboards (e.g., with Kibana, Grafana, Tableau) to evaluate our partner performance and proactively derive action recommendations.
• Cross-functional collaboration: You work closely with IT, product management, management, and international partners from day one and implement topics independently.

Requirements

• Education: Above-average completed studies, ideally with an economic/technical-mathematical background (Business Administration, Global Business Management, Media and Communication Studies, Business Informatics, Engineering, Mathematics, etc.)
• AI-supported work: You use modern AI tools (e.g., CursorAI, Claude Code, ChatGPT, Gemini) in your daily work and use them purposefully for analyzing, designing, and automating processes.
• Data Analytics: You have experience in data analysis and visualization, e.g., with Tableau and Grafana, and derive concrete action recommendations from it.
• Analytical thinking: You quickly understand complex relationships, derive concrete action recommendations from data, and develop pragmatic solutions for the continuous optimization of our processes.
• Technical understanding & collaboration: You work confidently with IT teams and external partners, quickly learn new technical topics, and bring together different requirements in a targeted manner.
• Language skills: Fluent German and English language skills in speech and writing.
