About the Position

We are seeking a Technical Recruiter to join our HR team in Boston, MA. This role involves talent sourcing and acquisition for software and hardware engineers.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to understand position requirements and create sourcing strategies.
• Schedule and conduct phone screens.
• Participate in new hire orientation.
• Engage and attract leading talent using creative approaches.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 5-7 years’ experience in recruiting with experience in technical roles preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; with experience communicating across all stakeholder levels.
• Highly organized with attention to detail.
• Experience in developing and executing recruiting strategies.
• Experience in creating and maintaining talented and diverse candidate pipelines.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, ATS, and sourcing databases.
