About the Position

We are seeking a Technical Recruiter to join our HR team in Boston, MA. This role involves sourcing and attracting top talent for various technical positions.

Responsibilities

• Engage and attract leading talent using creative approaches
• Guide candidates through the hiring process
• Partner with hiring managers to understand position requirements and create sourcing strategies
• Schedule and conduct phone screens
• Participate in new hire orientation

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree
• 5-7 years’ experience in recruiting with experience in technical roles preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; with experience communicating across all stakeholder levels
• Highly organized with attention to detail
• Experience in developing and executing recruiting strategies
• Experience in creating and maintaining talented and diverse candidate pipelines
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, ATS, and sourcing databases
