About the Position
Technical SEO Specialist
Poland (Remote)
We are looking for a Technical SEO Specialist (Mid-level) to join our Technical SEO team. In this role, you will have a direct impact on the growth of our organic audience on several websites in English as well as multiple international SEO properties in non-English languages.
Responsibilities
- Perform technical SEO audits of our websites following the best practices related to website performance, Core Web Vitals, crawlability, rendering, indexability, code optimization, handling errors and redirects.
- Analyze areas of improvement, recommend changes, and verify their implementation.
- Regularly monitor our websites’ traffic metrics, identify optimization opportunities.
- Execute and co-create a technical SEO strategy to grow sustainable organic traffic to our properties.
- Assist and ultimately own collaboration with the dev team, infra team, and other technical partner teams.
- Work closely with SEOs, content team members, and other stakeholders, providing them with Tech SEO support and guidance.
- Stay up to date with the latest SEO news, trends, especially from the area of Technical SEO.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in doing on-site and technical SEO, preferably for international SaaS sites or marketplaces.
- Extensive, solid SEO knowledge you’ll know how to apply to real-life situations.
- Familiarity with popular Tech SEO tools like Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, GSC, GA4, Chrome Dev Tools, WebPageTest, and other similar tools.
- Experience with Core Web Vitals, performance optimization, troubleshooting SEO issues.
- Knowledge of spoken and written English at least at the B2 level.
- Knowledge of spoken and written Polish at least at the B2 level.
- Ability to reverse-engineer existing solutions and come up with your own.
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to Have
- Agency background.
- Experience with site migrations.
- Python, SQL, or BigQuery knowledge to analyze bigger data sets.
- Basic knowledge of Google Cloud Platform.
- Knowledge of internationally recognized web accessibility standards and ability to use this in practice (a11y audits).

Salary & Eligibility
Pay Range
10 900 - 12 900 PLN gross, Employment Agreement (Umowa o Pracę)
Location
This position is 100% remote, work from home. You must live in Poland or be willing to relocate to Poland to be considered for this role.
