About the Role

Join Snyk as a Technical Success Manager to help customers embed security into their development workflows and achieve DevSecOps goals.

Responsibilities

• Own technical success for a large portfolio of customers, ensuring they realize increasing value from Snyk.
• Lead one-to-many engagements including technical workshops, office hours, and best-practice webinars.
• Turn data into action by analyzing customer usage to uncover trends, spot risk early, and trigger targeted programmatic outreach.
• Drive scalable adoption through programs that get new customers to their first security wins quickly.
• Build a library of success: create and curate tutorials, best-practice guides, and videos.
• Act as the voice of your customer portfolio, synthesizing feedback into clear themes that influence the product roadmap.
• Coach customers on embedding security practices into their developer workflows and CI/CD pipelines.
• Help customers think through securing AI-generated code and AI-assisted development.
• Measure what works by tracking engagement and outcome metrics for your programs.

Requirements

• 5+ years in a customer-facing technical role such as customer success, solutions engineering, technical account management, or professional services.
• A scalable mindset: proven experience designing and executing one-to-many programs.
• Working knowledge of developer tools (e.g., GitHub, Jira, Jenkins, VS Code) and understanding of how code moves from commit to production.
• Understanding of Application Security concepts including SAST, DAST, SCA, SBOM, and secrets, container, and IaC scanning.
• DevSecOps acumen: hands-on experience with DevOps tooling and a foundational understanding of the DevSecOps lifecycle.
• Technical curiosity, including a genuine interest in AI, developer workflows, and Application Security, plus working fluency with AI-assisted tools.
• Effective and influential written and verbal communication, with the range to be credible with developers, security leads, and executive sponsors alike.
• Exceptional organization and time management, with the ability to hold competing priorities in a high-volume environment.

Nice to Have

• A builder's background, whether that is time spent as a developer or hands-on work with coding and agentic AI systems.
• The instincts of a natural educator, the kind of curiosity that pushes you to understand how something works and then makes you want to help someone else get it.
• Hands-on experience with AppSec programs such as threat modeling or vulnerability management, and familiarity with OWASP or NIST frameworks.
• Scripting experience or a track record of digital program transformation.
• Relevant security certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or Security+.

• Salary Range: $88,120 – $110,160
• Offers Equity
• Commission: $22,032 – $27,540
