About the Position

Technical Support Engineer- 1st Level (m/w/d)

Axess AG is seeking a dedicated Technical Support Engineer- 1st Level (m/w/d) to join our team in Anif, Salzburg, Austria. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing top-tier support and ensuring the reliable operation of our systems worldwide.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical support for customers with questions and issues related to our systems and solutions.
• Receive and analyze support requests, ensuring structured processing.
• Conduct initial technical diagnostics and error analysis remotely, developing solutions within the scope of 1st Level Support.
• Document all processing and relevant findings in our ticketing system.
• Transfer complex technical issues to our 2nd Level Support in a structured manner.
• Collaborate closely with the 2nd Level Support and Project Management Team at our HQ in Salzburg.
• Assist customers in ensuring the reliable operation of their AXESS systems.
• Contribute to the reliable functioning of our solutions in ski resorts, stadiums, exhibition centers, and amusement parks globally.

Requirements

• Completed technical education (apprenticeship, HTL) or relevant professional experience in the IT sector.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
• Flexibility and willingness to work occasional weekends.
• Team player with experience at both national and international levels.
• Good English skills in both written and spoken form.

By law, we must inform you that the collective bargaining minimum salary for this position is EUR 38,183.60 gross/year based on full-time employment. However, we offer a highly attractive and performance-based salary that exceeds the collective agreement for employees in the metal industry, depending on your qualifications and professional experience.
