Responsibilities

As a Technical Project Manager and Scrum Master (m/w/d), you will combine two closely related aspects: supporting development teams to work better together and simultaneously guiding technical projects from start to successful completion in a structured manner. Our specialists bring the technical expertise. You ensure that expertise translates into results.

You will moderate retrospectives and other suitable formats, ensuring that insights lead to concrete improvements.
You will identify obstacles, bottlenecks, and dependencies and help to resolve them sustainably.
You will constructively question existing processes and help teams find pragmatic solutions.
You will take on project leadership for internal technical projects and bring the right people together at the right time.
You will define goals, milestones, and realistic project plans together with the involved experts.
You will keep track of progress, dependencies, and risks, and adjust the planning when circumstances change.
You will ensure that responsibilities and next steps are clear and that agreements are bindingly followed up.
You will make risks and goal conflicts visible early and initiate necessary decisions in a timely manner.
You will inform stakeholders transparently about progress, changes, and pending decisions.

Requirements

You have several years of experience in project management, ideally in a technical or software environment.
You have ideally already worked as a Scrum Master or in a comparable agile role.
You are familiar with agile working methods from practice.
You have knowledge of Kanban or Scrumban or are willing to engage intensively with them.
You have a good technical understanding and can quickly grasp complex relationships.
You work in a structured, independent manner and keep an overview even with several parallel topics.
You can listen well, moderate, and communicate clearly and respectfully.
You address risks, goal conflicts, and lack of commitment early and openly.
You prefer to lead through moderation, good questions, and transparency rather than through instructions.
You are pragmatic and look for solutions that actually help the team and the project.
You take responsibility and actively drive topics forward.
You speak fluent German and very good English.
