About the Position

Técnico de Suporte em TI (Audio Visual)

As a Field Services Audio Visual Technician, you will make an impact by supporting conference room technologies, collaboration platforms, audio-visual systems, end-user devices, and workplace technology infrastructure. You will be a valued member of the Field Services team.

Responsibilities

Hands-on experience supporting audio-visual systems, conference rooms, and workplace technologies.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Teams Rooms, video conferencing platforms, cameras, microphones, displays, and control panels.
Experience troubleshooting computers, operating systems, software applications, and peripheral devices.
Strong problem-solving, communication, customer service, and coordination skills.
Ability to support business events and quickly resolve technical issues with minimal operational disruption.
Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with users, internal teams, vendors, and service providers.

Requirements

4 to 8 years' experience.
Proficiency in Portuguese and English. Excellent verbal and written communication skills - able to explain technical issues clearly to non-technical users across different cultures and time zones.
