Técnico de Suporte em TI (Audio Visual)

We are looking for a Field Services Audio Visual Technician to join our team in Brasilia, Brazil. In this role, you will provide support for conference room technologies, collaboration platforms, audio visual systems, end-user devices, and workplace technology infrastructure. You will be a valued member of the Field Services team.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on experience supporting audio visual systems, conference rooms, and workplace technologies.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Teams Rooms, video conferencing platforms, cameras, microphones, displays, and control panels.
• Experience troubleshooting computers, operating systems, software applications, and peripheral devices.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, customer service, and coordination skills.
• Ability to support business events and quickly resolve technical issues with minimal operational disruption.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with users, internal teams, vendors, and service providers.

Requirements

• 4 to 8 years' experience.
• Proficiency in Portuguese and English. Excellent verbal and written communication skills - able to explain technical issues clearly to non-technical users across different cultures and time zones.
