Telephony Business Development Manager - Bridging Finance

Responsibilities

• Oversee the end-to-end sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-up, accurate forecasting, and efficient progression of deals
• Proactively engage with clients, brokers, and introducers via phone and email to convert opportunities, issue terms, and secure commitments
• Identify barriers to conversion and implement strategies to improve win rates and reduce drop-off
• Work closely with underwriting, legal, and operations teams to ensure a smooth client journey from application to drawdown
• Identifying opportunities for repeat business and client retention
• Contribute to sales strategy, process improvement, and training initiatives to enhance team effectiveness

Requirements

Essential

• Business Development experience within Bridging Finance for a Specialist / Property Lender
• Strong track record in target-driven environments with experience in internal sales or tele-sales
• Proven ability to develop Broker relationships and generate new business
• Ability to multi-task to ensure SLAs are met
• Confidence to pursue leads and use sales techniques to overcome objections
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Self-starter with strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Existing Broker or Introducer network
