Temenos Lead Business Analyst

About the Position

We are hiring a Temenos Lead Business Analyst with 15+ years of experience in Securities/Lending module within T24 for a global private banking and wealth management bank.

Responsibilities

• Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and document business processes and requirements related to core banking operations.
• System Analysis: Evaluate and analyze core banking systems, with a preference for experience in Temenos products. Work closely with technical teams to ensure the translation of business requirements into effective system solutions.
• Documentation: Create detailed and clear documentation of business processes, functional specifications, and system configurations. Maintain documentation throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring accuracy and relevance.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Develop and execute test plans to validate system enhancements and changes. Work with QA teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions.
• Training and Support: Provide training and support to end-users during system implementations and upgrades. Address and resolve issues, ensuring minimal disruption to daily operations. Facilitate communication between business users and IT teams, ensuring a shared understanding of requirements and objectives.
• Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive successful project delivery.

Requirements

• Must have:
  • 15+ years of working experience
  • In-depth working experience in Securities/Lending module within T24 (R20 and above)
  • Provide clear and concise Solution documentation
  • Facilitate/conduct training as necessary
  • Responsible for creation and defining solution specification based on business requirement
  • Collaborate with Business Stakeholders/DEV/QA and help to come out with Test strategy/Plan
  • Possess good communication and interpersonal skills
