Tester Manualny (K/M/N)

About the Position

We are seeking a Manual Tester responsible for ensuring the quality of IT solutions and performing enterprise-class system tests. The role includes the entire testing process, from requirement analysis and test case preparation to test execution and defect reporting.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business, functional, and technical requirements for testability and quality
• Design, prepare, and maintain test cases and scenarios
• Plan and execute functional, integration, system, and regression tests
• Manage tests and test repository in qTest and Azure DevOps
• Record, analyze, and monitor defects
• Collaborate with project teams to define acceptance criteria and testing strategies
• Work with external vendors and application maintenance teams
• Identify quality risks and propose actions to minimize their impact
• Support the development of quality standards
• Participate in the optimization of testing processes in the organization
• Prepare test documentation and quality reports

Requirements

• Higher technical education – computer science, information technology, or related fields
• Minimum 3 years of documented experience as an IT Tester
• Practical experience in testing enterprise-class systems
• Knowledge of qTest for test management and reporting
• Experience with Azure DevOps (ADO)
• Knowledge of software testing methodologies and techniques
• Ability to create test documentation and quality reports
• Experience in requirement analysis
• Experience in collaborating with business and technical teams
• Ability to work in an Agile, Scrum, or hybrid environment
• Ability to identify quality risks and propose improvement actions
• Highly developed analytical skills
• Ability to independently organize tasks and collaborate with multiple stakeholders
• Business responsibility and focus on the high quality of delivered solutions
• Teamwork and communication skills with business
• ISTQB Foundation Level certificate

Nice to Have

• ISTQB Advanced certificate or equivalent
• Experience in test automation
• Knowledge of UiPath and/or Tosca, PowerFarm
• Experience in performance testing using JMeter
• Knowledge of monitoring tools such as Grafana or Dynatrace
• Experience working with high-availability and business-critical systems
• Knowledge of application architecture and system integration
• Fluent English for working with technical documentation and collaborating with vendors
