Responsibilities

• Comprehensive Consultation: You will take care of the competent telephone consultation and support of our customers before, during, and after the booking regarding car rentals, as well as the worldwide correspondence with our international partners.
• Unconditional Customer Orientation: You do not let yourself be thrown off course by demanding customer inquiries - on the contrary! You gladly take on this challenge and professionally take care of a quick and satisfactory solution.
• Exciting Customers: Thanks to modern Generative AI systems, you can respond to customer inquiries even faster and more precisely. You independently handle the wishes and bookings of our customers via email as well as the associated administrative tasks.
• Identify Needs: You take care of determining the customer-specific needs and offer individual assistance through competent and friendly product and service advice.
• Process Optimization: You actively work on the further development of our internal processes.

Requirements

• Education: Completed commercial education, ideally in the tourism sector (e.g., hotel-/tourism-/travel agent (m/w/d)).
• Practical Experience: Experience in dialog marketing, comparable professional experience from the tourism industry or in the car rental sector is advantageous.
• Telephone Professional with Customer Orientation: Enthusiasm, without eye contact - Very good communicative skills, as well as a serious and friendly demeanor in telephone contact with our car rental customers.
• Drive & Communication: Structured working method, sociability, and enjoyment of consulting – combined with in-depth knowledge of the most popular destinations of our car rental customers.
• Digital Fit & Tools: High internet affinity, secure handling of MS Office, curiosity for AI-based tools, and interest in digital trends as well as advanced knowledge in tourism software programs (e.g., Toma and Iris+).
• Language Skills: Fluent German and good English skills in speech and writing.
